Bios

LeWain and Lorena DysartRev. LeWain Dysart pastors the Church of God (Holiness) in Macon, Missouri. Since 1999 LeWain has been writing gospel songs. You will find six of his songs on the CD It Was Love, two on the CD There Is A Hope, and on the CD I’ll See My Savior he wrote two of the songs and co-wrote Love’s So Real with Kendra. He plays the guitar, and sings tenor with the family and some lead. During High School, LeWain won several one ratings and honors for solo competitions. While studying voice and music at Kansas City College and Bible School, LeWain traveled with a school quartet, singing bass.

Lorena Dysart is a stay at home mother who home schools their children. Lorena studied voice and music at Hobe Sound Bible College, plays the piano, and sings alto with the family and some lead. The family’s concert ministry is the realization of a lifetime dream for her.

LeWain Dysart IILeWain Dysart II is in his third year of college; he was born August 21, 1989 in Hobe Sound, FL. He plays piano as well as the guitar, and bass. LeWain sings bass with the family. An avid hunter, he hunts turkey in the spring, and deer with bow and rifle in the fall. After LeWain earns a BA in Biblical studies, he then plans to pursue a masters in marriage and family counseling.

Kendra DysartKendra Dysart is a freshman in college; she was born November 1, 1991 in Hobe Sound, FL. She plays piano and sings lead with the family, as well as some tenor. She wrote the song “In God’s Eyes” on the CD It Was Love, and on the CD l’ll See My Savior, she wrote “He Will Be With You” as well as co-wrote “Love’s So Real” with her Dad. As a choir member in Macon High School, Kendra qualified for All District Choir. Kendra is an exceptional artist, enjoys photography, facebooking, and spending time with friends. Kendra continues to write exceptonal songs.

Clayton Dysart is a sixth grader; he was born November 4, 1999 in Hobe Sound, FL. He is learning piano, sang “People Saving Business” on the CD It Was Love, and sings tenor as well as the second verse on Jesus Died So I Won’t Have To. Clayton draws several pages of army action scenes each day, making sound effects as he draws. He likes to play ball and army with his brothers, and basketball at the Y.

Clayton, Tanner, and Logan DysartTanner Dysart is a fourth grader; he was born February 11, 2001 in Kirksville, MO. He is learning piano and sings with his brothers on Jesus Died So I Won’t Have To. Tanner likes play station, riding his bike, playing ball and army with his brothers, and summer baseball.

Logan Dysart is a first grader. He was born June 18, 2004 in Macon, MO. He sings the opening chorus of Jesus Died So I Won’t Have To. Logan plays with cars and guns, and likes to play with his brothers. Logan is the bright spot in the family, always giving a reason to smile or laugh.
